Strategic Plan 2022-2024 – Member Feedback
The Pony Club WA Board have been working hard to introduce exciting changes and help shape Pony Club WA future through the development of our 2022 – 2024 Pony Club WA Strategic Plan. The plan has gone through an extensive reviewing process with the contribution of excellent and constructive feedback from club’s and other stakeholders and as a result have since composed the proposed 2022 – 2024 Pony Club WA Strategic Plan.
We would like to acknowledge all stakeholders who put forward their ideas and thoughts, and who play a key contribution to the ongoing performance of Pony Club WA.
With the Pony Club WA Strategic Plan now updated from feedback, Pony Club WA are seeking additional comment from members and/or clubs on our final stage of the Strategic Plan for 2022 – 2024.

The Board, in reviewing the quality strategic feedback completed by clubs, would like to encourage ongoing strategic involvement by welcoming members to look into sitting on the Pony Club WA Board.
