Pony Club Australia National Championships

ABOUT

The Pony Club Australia National Championships are run every second year.

The 2021 Pony Club Australia Virtual National Championships will be held from the 27th – 30th September at the State Equestrian Centre, Brigadoon and will offer the following sports, some of these will be held at outside venues for the unmounted phases of Tetrathlon and Ride to Time at Lark Hill on Thursday 30th September.

  • Prince Philip Mounted Games
  • Quiz

The 2017 PCA National Championships saw the introduction of the Sub Junior Age group (10-12yrs) and will be included in 2021, offering even more opportunities for our talented riders to compete.

Selection Criteria

2021 Selection Criteria
This aim for riders to improve the skills of cross-country riding and act as an introduction to riding opportunities available within the racing industries.

Unfortunately do to scheduling clashed this competition will not be available to riders participating in the Show jumping and Tetrathlon competitions.

Junior 16 yrs & under Open (1000m per 109 seconds) – 2 riders

16 yrs & under Maiden (1000m per 109 seconds) – 2 riders
Senior 17-25 yrs Open (1000m per 109 seconds) – 2 riders
Senior 17-25 yrs Maiden (1000m per 109 seconds) – 2 riders
