As each club affiliation is received your club will receive RATS KMs awarded by the Pony Club WA Development Officer.

Your club secretary will receive a confirmation of your total RATS KMs scored by this exercise.

Club Affiliation is worth 200km!

For every new member that joins your club in 2020 you will receive RATS KMs awarded by our Development Officer upon verification. This will be updated at the start of each year.

Your club secretary will receive a confirmation of your total RATS KMs scored throughout the year.

Every new members is worth 25km!

RATS KMs will be awarded based on the percentage of riding members attending and participating at your club rallies. These will be awarded by the Development Officer and updated throughout the year.

Example: Your club has 10 members, only 2 attended your rally therefore only 20% was in attendance. This means your club will gain 10km’s

The percentage of your club members at rallies is calculated below.

10 km’s 0-20% Attendance
20 km’s 21-40% Attendance
30 km’s 41-60% Attendance
40 km’s 61-80% Attendance
50 km’s 81-100% Attendance

For every member of your club that enters and attends any of the Pony Club WA State Championships your club will receive RATS KMs awarded by the Development Officer and will be updated after each championship. These RATS KMs will be calculated on the percentage of riding members attending in comparison to your clubs total members.

Example: Your club has 10 members, only 2 attended the championship therefore only 20% was in attendance. This means your club will gain 10km’s


The percentage of your members entered and attending calculated as below:

10 km’s 0-20% Attendance
20 km’s 21-40% Attendance
30 km’s 41-60% Attendance
40 km’s 61-80% Attendance
50 km’s 81-100% Attendance

RATS KMs awarded for the percentage of riding members from your club who have registered and are participating in the Horseland Sports Leaderboard events ran by Pony Club WA.

This KMs will be awarded by the Development officer on verification passed by the Membership Officer and will be updated through out the year.

Example: Your club has 10 members, only 2 attended and participated in the Sports Leaderboard therefore only 20% was in attendance. This means your club will gain 10km’s


The percentage of your club members registered and participating in Leaderboard Events is calculated as below.

10 km’s 0-20% Attendance
20 km’s 21-40% Attendance
30 km’s 41-60% Attendance
40 km’s 61-80% Attendance
50 km’s 81-100% Attendance

RATS KMs awarded for the percentage of riding members from your club who have registered and are participating in the Speed to Safety events ran by Pony Club WA and Off the Track.

This KMs will be awarded by the Development officer on verification and will be updated throughout the year.

Example: Your club has 10 members, only 2 attended and participated in the Sports Leaderboard therefore only 20% was in attendance. This means your club will gain 50km’s.

The percentage of your club members participating in Speed to Safety Events is calculated as below.

50 km’s 0-20% Attendance
100 km’s 21-40% Attendance
150 km’s 41-60% Attendance
200 km’s 61-80% Attendance
250 km’s 81-100% Attendance

This training covers nine quick and easy learning modules:

  6. Healthy food healthy profit
  7. Safe food
  8. Making your changes last
  9. The final whistle

The modules include videos to watch, text to read, activities and quiz questions. Please ensure you have speakers or headphones.

Don’t forget, module based training means that you can complete the training at your own pace. This means that you can log in and out multiple times, or choose to complete the entire course in one session. Your progress is automatically saved upon logging out.

RATS KMs are awarded to your club for every (total of 4) Healthy Kids and Healthy Horses Cooking Workshop is completed. This includes your club submitting a report form as well and photos of your members completing these activities.

These are awarded by the Development Officer and are updated throughout the year.

 

This is a EASY and FUN activity all members can get involved with and all you need is a Club Cooking Bundle! This bundle will be sent to the club upon registration by Pony Club WA and will include Recipe Books, Aprons and Spot Prizes.
