Application for C Assessment

This application must be lodged with your Club C Coordinator or Chief Coach. The Club C Coordinator/Chief coach
is responsible for liaising with the C Assessor to organise a suitable date and prior to the assessment.
NOTE: If not enough candidates are ready in your Club, it may be possible to do it in conjunction with your Zone
or another Club.
C ASSESSMENT FEE
The C Assessment fee will be set by the Club. Candidate will need to check what fee will be charged by Club to cover
costs of assessment (Assessor/s Fees & Travel costs) Fees may vary between Clubs depending on number of
candidates and Assessors required. The Club will advise if payment of an assessment fee is required to be sent in
with your application or delayed until a later date when specific costs are known, and an appropriate fee can be
worked out.
In order to keep costs down for candidates, Clubs may look at subsidising fees through fundraising efforts or grants.
