What it is
Pony Club WA Direct is a virtual club designed to support members who are not part of a traditional Pony Club, but still need to be connected to Pony Club WA for participation, accreditation, or insurance.
Traditionally, Pony Club membership has been through local clubs, where riders attend rallies and club activities. However, as the sport has evolved, there are now many members who don’t fit into that traditional structure.
Pony Club WA Direct provides a simple and flexible way for these members to be part of the Pony Club community.

Why it exists
This membership option allows Pony Club WA to:

- Support coaches and officials across multiple clubs

- Keep everyone connected to Pony Club WA programs and opportunities
How it works
- You join Pony Club WA through Pony Club WA Direct instead of a local club
- Your membership is managed through the JustGo system
- You can still participate in Pony Club WA events and activities
- You can optionally join a local club as a volunteer (free category)
- Optional: Join a local club too
Members of Pony Club WA Direct can also:
- Join a local Pony Club as a volunteer
- Stay involved in club activities if they choose
- Support riders, events, or committees
How to join
- Create or log into your JustGo account
- Go to My Profile → My Clubs
- Select Pony Club WA Direct as your club
- Choose your membership category
- Upload any required documents (e.g. WWCC for coaches/officials)
- Complete payment (if applicable)

No, Pony Club WA Direct allows you to be a member without joining a traditional club.

No, while primarily aimed at adults, juniors can also be members of Pony Club WA Direct.
