Great Southern Zone to Host Regional Show Jump Officials Workshop

Save the Date – 12 & 13 September 2026

Pony Club WA members, coaches, officials and anyone with an interest in show jumping are invited to attend the Great Southern Zone Regional Show Jump Officials Workshop this September at West Plantagenet Pony Club.

Hosted by the Great Southern Zone Clubs, this two-day workshop is designed to support the development of show jumping officials and course designers while strengthening the future of coaching and officiating within Pony Club.

Participants will learn from two highly respected presenters:

Fred Freeman

• EA National Jumping Course Designers Presenter
• EA National Level 3 Course Designer
• EA National Level 1 Judge

Judy Rose

• PCANCAS Level 1
• EA Jumping Course Designer – Level 2
• EA Jumping Judge – Level 1

The workshop will cover a range of practical and theoretical topics, including:

• Show Jump Course Building
• Show Jump Judging
• Jumping Rules
• PCWA Course Designer and Judge Accreditation

Whether you are looking to begin your journey as an official, update your accreditation, or expand your knowledge of show jumping course design and judging, this workshop offers an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced presenters and connect with fellow officials.
