The Pony Club Western Australia Incorporated (Pony Club WA) Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held in the Ocean Foam Room, State Equestrian Centre, at 6.00 pm on Saturday 13th March 2021, and via Zoom video-conferences meeting.
The AGM will be followed by a Member Forum.

CALL FOR ELLECTED DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Pony Club WA is now calling for nominations for the position of elected director in accordance with Clause 16.2 (a) of the constitution.
Two Director Terms will be expiring leaving two (2) vacancies.
Nominations and associated paperwork must be delivered to the Association by 5pm, Wed 10th February 2021.
CALL FOR SUBMISSION OF NOTICES OF MOTION
Pony Club WA is now calling for the submission of Notices of Motions in accordance with Clause 10.3 of the constitution.
Notices of Motion must:
- be submitted on the attached form;
- signed by 2 representatives, the President and Secretary from a Member Club;
- delivered to the Association by 5pm, Wed 10th February 2021
Pony Club WA are seeking agenda items for our upcoming Member Forum.
This will be held at the 2021 AGM post meeting.
